About Us
Hudson Home Watch will provide a visual inspection of your home and property looking for obvious issues and potential problems.
We will visit your home and complete a multi-point 360-degree inspection. A report will be generated and emailed or texted to you complete with times, pictures, and details. If a potential issue is discovered, we will notify you immediately. We will develop a plan together and Hudson Home Watch will continue to monitor the situation until it is resolved. With access to numerous contractors (and ongoing relationships with them), we act as your advocate, always looking out for your best interests. We are a constant and consistent line of communication.

Home Watch companies generally are known by many names: absentee homeowner services, property watch, house check, home concierge, or even personal property managers. We are risk mitigators while you’re away. Hudson Home Watch is a niche need in the northern states, but has been around in the south for a long time.
Hudson Home Watch is insured, bonded and accredited with the National Home Watch Association (NHWA), North Central chapter. NHWA accredits, validates and insures the Home Watch industry.
That accreditation gives the home owners additional peace of mind that they have made the right decision. The strict code of ethics at NHWA is equal to the Hudson Home Watch standards.
Hudson Home Watch prides itself in the highest standards of training, confidentiality and integrity. Sara Damante, the owner, is also a licensed Realtor. She has over 25 years’ experience in customer service, sales and marketing. That culminated in her approach to the 360-degree view of your home, the customer and business strategies that encompasses Hudson Home Watch.

The Owner
I have been in the home care / improvement space for decades; from owning 2 homes and being a very experienced and hands-on DIY’er, to working for Sherwin-Williams and familiarity with construction, concrete, and waterproofing. Stepping away from the ‘corporate world’ after 20+ years, I am now a licensed Realtorâ and have attended numerous inspections, looking for and uncovering problems in a home. I have learned from the best and most experienced in the business.
I have always loved helping people and making things better or easier for them.
I discovered there was a huge need for a Home Watch service in Hudson and the surrounding communities. I realized it was the perfect fit with my experience, my devotion for the community, and making people’s lives easier by giving them peace of mind.
I have been married to Scott for 28 years, we have two kids…ALMOST empty nesters. Our son is a junior at Ohio University and our daughter (a proud Buckeye Alum!) and her fiancé are putting down roots on the east side of Cleveland too.
